Hi Mercer and thanks for this. I've now got it all set up to the point where I tried to get the app on my IPhone....unfortunately it's not available in the UK yet.....try it out in the States then let the Brits go to town on it lol....so I guess I just need to wait for that bit. All set up though and that's the main thing - thanks again to your wonderful tuition. Trish

I can only guess as to what Google has planned, but it's always a good idea to make sure you have a mobile-friendly site. Setting up Google Currents would be a great first start, but I'd also make sure your site loads well using a mobile browser.

Thanks Mercer,
I have heard some talk of Google making all sites have a mobile version by some future date? Will setting up keep us from being delisted once Google's mobile rules take place?

Hi Eden - to be clear... Google Currents isn't an actual theme. It's a mobile app, developed by Google, that allows its users to browse mobile "editions" of various websites. The video shows you how to create and distribute that edition so users of Google Currents can see it.
With that out of the way, I've not personally played too much with mobile themes, but Themeforest has some nice ones here: http://themeforest.net/category/wordpress/mobile
