WPTrainingVideos.com is written and edited primarily by Chris Mercer (you’ll find he tends to go by “Mercer”).

The purpose of WPTrainingVideos.com is to help people learn WordPress.  We do this through publishing our blog and providing free WordPress training videos through our membership.  It does take time to create all this content, so we do accept paid advertising, sponsorships, affiliate programs and other forms of compensation.

However – no money will ever impact my opinion on a subject or object.  We’re going to give mixed or negative reviews of products sometimes and turn down propositions that don’t, in our opinion, provide a high degree of value for our users.

We accept private advertising from companies we are happy to endorse; you can see their images in the sidebar, and we may include a complementary mentions within our blog posts, but that will also be individually disclosed.

My affiliate advertisers come from a variety of sources, including but not limited to, direct relationships and those brokered through Clickbank, Commission Junction, Share-a-Sale, Plimus and other affiliate networks.  We disclose these affiliate relationships on each post.

If you click on any ad or text link contained within WPTrainingVideos.com and buy something, we get a little kickback.  Unless we’ve reviewed the product and mentioned that they provided the product to us, none of these companies pays us in any other way.
